REWAC is a small indigenous non-governmental organization registered under Cameroon law in March 2009. We are dedicated to actions, activities, projects and programmes that defend the rights of refugees, asylum seekers and internally displaced persons.
Join us and be part of the change.
Our vision is a just Cameroon where the fundamental rights and dignity of all migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, IDPs and marginalized people are valued, protected and upheld.
Our mission is to champion the rights and wellbeing of refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and other vulnerable migrant groups in Cameroon.
Join us in making a difference! Our fundraising campaign on Global Giving aims to empower survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) through resilience-building programs. Together, we can enhance social, economic, and legal protections for GBV survivors, helping them reclaim their lives and build a brighter future.
Join our REWAC Ambassador program to become an advocate for our mission. Ambassadors volunteer to spread awareness, recruit supporters, and represent REWAC at events and in their communities. You’ll receive training, materials, and updates to help educate others on the rights of migrants and how to create impact.
Let us know if you would like to get involved and make a difference! We have a place for everyone committed to empowering vulnerable migrant communities in Cameroon.
