What we do

REWAC runs a diverse range of programs focused on core thematic areas:

Advocacy and Policy – We engage in advocacy, lobbying, coalition building, research and awareness campaigns to defend rights, promote social inclusion and positive policy change for target populations.

Protection – We provide legal aid, counseling, emergency support, shelters, foster care and other protection services for survivors of violence, abuse, exploitation and trafficking.

Education – We remove barriers to education through scholarships, community learning centers, non-formal education and vocational training.

Food Security – We aid vulnerable households through food distribution and nutrition programs while promoting sustainable livelihoods.

Health and Sanitation – We operate community health clinics, deploy mobile outreach teams, and implement essential WASH services in underserved areas.

Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) – We work to prevent SGBV while supporting survivors through shelters, psychosocial support, and access to justice.

How We Are Funded

REWAC is grateful for the financial support of individual donors, foundations, corporations, development agencies, and partnerships with organizations that believe in our mission. This enables our life-changing programs. We uphold transparency and accountability in our operations.
